Pre-Application Meeting Request Form

This form may be used by applicants wishing an informal meeting with City staff for the purpose of advancing a conceptual plan for development/rezoning prior to submitting a formal application for a Zoning or Development action.

The results of an informal meeting are not binding on the developer/applicant, the building and zoning staff or the City.

There is a $500 Pre-Application Meeting fee that you will be invoiced for prior to scheduling. Once payment is received, you will be contacted to schedule the date and time of your appointment.
